You know…feel sometimes we just…die inside.

Sometimes you lose your way. Walk off the path.
Forget God's grace, and reminisce of your past.
Like those were better days, why did I even leave em.?
Desiring to be in slavery over your freedom.
You use bitterness, and other people’s sin,
As an excuse to go backwards, instead of pedaling.
Forward and looking up to Him,
Who frees you, cleans you, renews you and lifts you up again.
You suppress the truth. Come up with every excuse, fight against His will.
Walk away from it all, let go of the real.
You leave the church, and decide to just do you.
Nobody is going to tell you what’s wrong and right, taking control of your life.
Taking the wheel,
But your refusal to repent has left you weak and low.
Heart filled with holes, instead of being filled and whole.
He’s calling you home, that’s our Christ.
Awaiting our return to embrace us and bring us back to life!

Sitting in silence, all alone.
Messages blowing up my phone.
When you talk to me it’s like nobody’s home.
These voices in my head, I wish they’d leave me alone.
Sometimes I feel there’s no hope for me,
Cus my bad outweighs the good you see,
What’s confusing me is God forgives though we don’t deserve it,
Got on my knees, asked Him why? And He replied, “Baby girl, cus you’re worth it.”
You think you’re worthless? In Him you’ll find your purpose.
With every blemish, he’ll replenish with His unfailing love,
Don’t look no further, just up above.
Let Him be that burglar who stole your heart.
Just know from His child, He never parts.
Pray & ask for His perception. Lost souls in need of a resurrection,
Help me see you when I look for my reflection.
Bring on the trials, I can handle it. Mighty King of Nazareth.
